Terms of Service

Klyaso is a Chrome extension that enhances Instagram inside the browser for creators, together with related websites and backend services operated by Klyaso. Features may include productivity tools, analytics helpers, content workflows, subscription entitlements, and Creator Program tooling. Available features depend on your plan and may change as the product evolves.

Klyaso is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. Instagram remains a separate service governed by Meta's terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any age requirements that apply to using Chrome extensions, Instagram, and online payment services. If you use Klyaso on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Access to paid features is tied to a valid subscription associated with the billing email collected by Paddle at checkout. Creator Program members may receive Klyaso-issued credentials (such as access tokens or portal sessions) to use creator tools. You are responsible for keeping credentials and billing email access under your control and for activity that occurs through your subscription or creator access.

Installing the extension through the Chrome Web Store may involve a Google account managed by Google. That Google account relationship is separate from Klyaso subscription billing.

You agree not to:

• Use Klyaso to violate Instagram, Meta, Chrome Web Store, or applicable law
• Attempt to bypass subscription checks, rate limits, security controls, or Creator Program eligibility rules
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt Klyaso backends except as allowed by law
• Misrepresent your identity, Creator Program status, or billing information
• Use Klyaso to spam, harass, or automate harmful behavior toward other Instagram users
• Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the extension or proprietary Klyaso materials without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules were violated.

Paid Klyaso plans are sold as subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for checkout, invoicing, tax handling, and payment method processing. Pricing, plan names, and included features are described on the Klyaso website and at checkout and may change for future renewals.

By purchasing, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and any recurring renewals until you cancel according to the cancellation options available in the Paddle customer portal or other billing flows Klyaso provides.

Paddle processes payments and refund requests according to Klyaso's refund handling. Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle's customer portal where available, or by contacting Klyaso using the contact details below so we can review the request with Paddle.

Unless a specific written offer says otherwise at the time of purchase, refunds are not automatic. Approval is determined case by case based on factors such as billing errors, unused access, or other circumstances we consider relevant. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in suspension of paid access while they are investigated.

Participation in the Klyaso Creator Program is separate from a standard subscriber relationship and may require an application, approval, and acceptance of additional program rules communicated during onboarding. Commission amounts, eligibility, and payout timing are defined by the program materials then in effect and may change prospectively.

Klyaso, including the extension, website, branding, documentation, and underlying software, is owned by Klyaso or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own creator workflows in accordance with your plan. No ownership interest is transferred.

Feedback you submit about Klyaso may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

You may stop using Klyaso at any time by canceling your subscription through Paddle (if applicable), uninstalling the extension, and discontinuing use of the website. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product or a feature.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and accrued payment obligations—will survive.

Klyaso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Instagram will continue to work with the extension without interruption, that every feature will remain available, or that results will meet your expectations.

Because Klyaso depends on third-party platforms (including Chrome, Instagram/Meta, and Paddle), outages or policy changes on those platforms may affect functionality outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyaso and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to Klyaso will not exceed the amounts you paid to Klyaso through Paddle for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or if you have not paid, zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limitations apply only to the extent allowed.

We may update, add, or remove features; change pricing for future purchases or renewals; or discontinue parts of Klyaso. We may also update these Terms. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
