How do I install the Klyaso extension?

Open the Chrome Web Store listing for Klyaso, click Add to Chrome, then open Instagram.com. Klyaso appears as a side panel next to Instagram. If the panel does not open, pin the extension from Chrome’s puzzle-piece menu and refresh the Instagram tab.

How do I log in or restore my subscription?

You can use core Creator tools after install. For paid Influencer access, use the account or Restore Purchases flow tied to the email used at checkout. Billing is handled by Paddle — open the Customer Portal from Settings if you need invoices, payment methods, or cancellation.

Question 3

I’m having subscription or billing issues.

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions, trials, invoices, and cancellations are managed in the Paddle Customer Portal. Klyaso does not store card details. If restore purchases fails, email support with the billing email from checkout and we will help verify entitlement.

Question 4

Downloads aren’t detecting media or the story button is missing.

Accepted Answer

Make sure you are on an Instagram.com tab (post, reel, story, carousel, or profile) and that the Klyaso content script is loaded — refresh the tab after installing or updating the extension. Rate limits from Instagram can briefly block detection; wait a moment and retry. Story downloads require an open story tray.

Question 5

DM Templates won’t paste or Use Template says no conversation is open.

Accepted Answer

Open an Instagram Direct conversation so the message composer is visible, then try Use Template again. The template inserts into the composer without sending — review the text and press Enter yourself. If paste fails, use Copy and paste manually, then email us with your Chrome version and a short description.

Question 6

Analytics isn’t loading or looks empty.

Accepted Answer

Analytics uses session-observed signals from your Instagram session in Chrome. Stay logged into Instagram, open Klyaso while on Instagram.com, and allow sync to finish. New installs may show limited history until snapshots collect. Audience rows without a resolved username show as “Unknown account.”

How do I report a bug?

Accepted Answer

Email support with: (1) what you expected, (2) what happened, (3) the page URL on Instagram if relevant, (4) Chrome version, and (5) a screenshot if possible. The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.
